Transit & Shipping Damage
If appliances arrive damaged, photo evidence must be submitted via the portal within 48 hours. BBIQ will arrange distributor swaps.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns for non-defective wholesale equipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover governorate logistics fees.

How Refunds Reach You
Approved refunds are credited to your BBIQ balance, or handled as a cash-on-delivery adjustment where applicable. Refund timing depends on payment-gateway and courier confirmation.
