Trader Account & Store Setup
Signing in or registering through Moda creates or promotes a trader account. Store profile setup and admin approval are required before full trader operations are available.
POD Rights & Fulfillment
Traders must own or hold rights to uploaded logos, artwork, photos, text, and design files. Submitted POD and apparel order data may be used by BBIQ production teams to fulfill the client order.
Pricing, Orders & Settlement
The trader sets the client selling price. BBIQ handles sourcing, production, and delivery; profit is calculated from the order and settled weekly into the BBIQ balance for completed, eligible orders.
Service Availability & Changes
We work to keep the service reliable but may update, suspend or discontinue features, prices or promotions at any time. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (network, payment-gateway or courier outages) may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
BBIQ provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays and issues caused by third-party payment, sourcing or delivery partners beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes are handled under Iraqi jurisdiction after a good-faith attempt to resolve them directly with our support team.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current version; material changes are highlighted in the app where appropriate.
