Trader Account & Approval
Jewelry uses the shared trader account model. Store setup, verification, and admin approval may be required before full B2B sourcing and order management features are available.
Engraving & Personalization Responsibility
The trader is responsible for reviewing names, dates, photos, size choices, and engraving/customization fields before submitting an order for fulfillment.
Pricing, Delivery & Settlement
Wholesale costs, trader selling prices, delivery fees, order status, completed/returned outcomes, and weekly sector payouts determine the final Jewelry profit credited to the trader balance.
Service Availability & Changes
We work to keep the service reliable but may update, suspend or discontinue features, prices or promotions at any time. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (network, payment-gateway or courier outages) may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
BBIQ provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays and issues caused by third-party payment, sourcing or delivery partners beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes are handled under Iraqi jurisdiction after a good-faith attempt to resolve them directly with our support team.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current version; material changes are highlighted in the app where appropriate.
