Trader Account & Store Review
Home uses the shared trader account model. Traders must maintain accurate storefront, city, phone, and address information and may be subject to admin review before full access.
Resale-Only Product Flow
Home products are sourced as resale items. Unless a future product explicitly defines sizes or customization fields, the trader selects products and sets a client selling price without POD uploads.
Delivery, Returns & Settlement
Shipping fees depend on the selected governorate. Completed eligible Home orders settle weekly into the trader balance, while returned orders do not generate trader profit.
Service Availability & Changes
We work to keep the service reliable but may update, suspend or discontinue features, prices or promotions at any time. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (network, payment-gateway or courier outages) may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
BBIQ provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays and issues caused by third-party payment, sourcing or delivery partners beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes are handled under Iraqi jurisdiction after a good-faith attempt to resolve them directly with our support team.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current version; material changes are highlighted in the app where appropriate.
